Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of gsrc.gg (the “Site”), operated by Genisus Extreme Media (Pty) Ltd, trading as GSRC (“GSRC”, “we”, “us”), By using the Site you agree to these terms.

1. What the Site is for

The Site presents GSRC’s sim racing broadcast services and lets you contact us. Information on the Site, including descriptions of services, is general and may change. It is not an offer capable of acceptance.

2. Our services

Broadcast and production services are provided only under a separate written agreement or accepted quote between GSRC and the client. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.

3. Using the Site

You agree not to:

  • use the Site for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful;

  • try to gain unauthorised access to the Site or our systems, or disrupt them;

  • scrape or copy the Site’s content for commercial use without our permission;

  • submit false information through the contact form.

4. Intellectual property

The Site’s content, the GSRC name and logo, our graphics, overlays and broadcast productions belong to GSRC or our licensors. You may watch and share links to our broadcasts. You may not re-upload, re-broadcast or commercially use them without written permission.

Third-party names and marks, including iRacing, series and team names, belong to their owners. Their appearance on the Site does not imply endorsement.

5. Third-party links

The Site links to services we don’t control, such as YouTube and social media platforms. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we’re not responsible for them.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy (https://www.gsrc.gg/privacy) explains how we handle personal information.

7. No warranty

The Site is provided “as is”. We aim to keep it accurate and available, but we don’t guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, GSRC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under South African law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008, where it applies.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The “last updated” date shows the current version. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the courts of the Republic of South Africa have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
