What we do for this series.
The Lotus 49 is one of the most significant cars in Formula One history. Introduced in 1967, it was the first successful F1 car to use the engine as a fully-stressed member of the chassis, built around the Ford-Cosworth DFV.
It won on debut: at the 1967 Dutch Grand Prix, Graham Hill put the 49 on pole and Jim Clark took the victory.
GSRC broadcasts every round live on YouTube: two commentators, a director, replays and graphics, and the full replay stays up afterwards.
